This is a group for those that have already started their running journey. We suggest that you should be able to run a 5km before coming along for the Tuesdays initially and then build up to the Sundays.

As we grow we will look to expand and offer programmes for beginners so keep checking in with us! Send us an email if you would be interested in this!

Our training sessions are as follows:

Tuesdays - 7:30pm - 8:30pm. We meet at different locations depending on the training session we do. In the winter you will need hi vis and head torches for the evening runs.

  • Track Sessions - Imberhorne Upper School - (Good for those quite new to running as short technique sessions)


  • Hill and Tempo Sessions - Meet at East Grinstead Station (After a walk up jog you will do hill repeats or fast runs - usually continuous running of 45 minutes


  • Summer sessions and Run sessions:  Meet at East Court by the top car park by the Meridian Hall. (We run for an hour around East Grinstead)


Sundays: 8am - 9:30am. We meet at East Grinstead Station. These are trail runs and usually need trail shoes and to be able to  run 6 miles / 10km.
