This is the friendliest bunch of runners around. They are supportive of all abilities although we are generally for those that have already started their running journey. We suggest that you should be able to run a 5km before coming along for the Thursdays initially, or the Tuesdays and then build up to the Sundays.

As we grow we are looking to expand and offer programmes for beginners so keep checking in with us! Send us an email if you would be interested in this!

Please like our Facebook Page for up to date details of all our training sessions! We usually post the day before the session with what is happening and confirming where to meet so please always check.

If you want to come for a taster session (you get two for free) please send a message to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to discuss your ability and what sessions would suit you.

Our training sessions are as follows:

Tuesdays - 7:30pm - 8:30pm. We meet at different locations depending on the training session we do. In the winter you will need hi vis and head torches for the evening runs. We will do a different session each week on rotation and it will be a track session, a hill session, a tempo session and then a run session to put it all into practice.

  • Track Sessions - These are at Imberhorne Upper School - (Good for those quite new to running as short technique sessions)
  • Hill and Tempo Sessions - Meet at East Grinstead Station (After a warm up jog you will do hill repeats or fast runs - usually continuous running of 45 minutes)
  • Run sessions - Either meet at East Court or East Grinstead Train Station.
  • Summer sessions will be more trail but winter will be more road.

Thursdays - 7:30 pm- 8:30pm. This is a run aimed to be at a gentler pace, and usually between 4-5 miles. It is for those coming back to running or new to running or the club.

Sundays: 8am - 9:30am. We meet at East Grinstead Station. These are always trail runs and usually need trail shoes (a must in the muddy winter) and to be able to  run 6 miles / 10km.

Please see our Facebook Page for details of that weeks sessions.
